DELIVERY / LeAD TIME
All of our items are made to measure from scratch, we don't carry any stock, other than pieces listed as ‘ready to ship’.
Our current lead time is about 3-4 weeks from the receipt of payment, delivery is shortly after.
UK Delivery
KONK FURNITURE
Our trusted delivery partner Zoof! provide a specialised two man delivery team, to your room of choice, going out of their way to provide a great service. Zoof! drivers have the skills to assemble items on site, helping to get around those access issues. We will also provide a delivery window the week before delivery, so you're not waiting in all day.
If you live further afield Zoof! may not be able to reach you, but don't worry we have other trusted couriers that service almost all of the mainland UK. In some circumstances delivery to Scotland and remote areas may be more due to the distance from our workshop. Please see our list of surcharge areas below. If you live in a surcharge area and place your order on the website, we will contact you to collect the additional delivery costs.
Please note, most of our furniture (excluding some of the large tables and desks) is sent out fully assembled unless specified otherwise.
The smaller items under 1000mm may be sent via next day courier once complete.

KONK KITCHENWARE
Kitchenware will be dispatched within 3 weeks of ordering.
KONK SAMPLE PACKS
We allow up to a week for sample packs to be dispatched.

AB ,IV ,PH, PA, DD, TR, PL, TQ, CA, TD, EH, G, DG, KA, ML, FK, KY, LL(EXCLUDING 13-14) AND SY23/24/25
Other Highland and remote Scottish postcodes will need special arrangements.
We are unable to deliver to following areas:
Locations outside of mainland UK.
Northern Ireland
Republic of Ireland.
