  • If you're looking to have a bespoke item made, or want to adjust the size or design of an existing product, please contact us using the Get a Quote form. We'll then run through the details with you, provide a drawing, and ask for a 30% deposit to start manufature.

  • Our current lead time is usually within 3-4 weeks from receipt of payment with delivery made shortly after. More details can be found on our Delivery / Lead Time page located on the footer of our website. We regularly review our lead time to ensure our turnaround times are accurate. Typically our delivery team will offer a delivery day within two weeks of the end of the lead time.

  • Each item will be completely unique - you should expect some differences in grain pattern and board size. As we are using solid timer, each plank will have its own characteristics.

We light our products using studio lighting and colours may vary depending on your screen settings. If you're unsure, it's always worth ordering a sample pack to compare tones in your own light.

  • Yes, we have options to purchase one to a full set of samples. Alternatively, we have commercial sample packs available for customers looking for a full set of slightly larger samples (perfect for those interior mood boards!). We would always recommend purchasing a sample pack to see the finishes in person.

If you do find our finishes aren't quite the colour that you had in mind or you are struggling to decide, then do get in touch with our team.

  • Although we don't currently have a showroom, we can organise an appointment for you to visit our Bristol-based workshop. We can then show you any pieces we are currently making. All visits must be booked in advance. Bookings are usually available from Monday to Thursday between 8am – 3pm (except bank holidays).

We do also have our Döv Table on display in Oxfordshire at Derwent House.

And don’t forget that sample boards can be purchased via our website.

  • Yes! if you get in touch with our team they can send an invoice for your order which will allow you to pay a 30% deposit and spread the costs of the order. The remaining 70% is due at the end of the lead time.

  • All our tabletops are made from multiple planks joined together. This is a time-tested, traditional, woodworking technique that utilises the natural movement of wood to keep the piece flat over time.

From a structural and cost perspective there are alternative options to customise your piece and give the illusion of a top made from one plank. However, if your dream table needs to be a solid slab then we can accommodate this request. Just get in touch with our design team and they can talk you through the options.

  • All wooden components may contain varied wood grain, colour variation, heartwood, sapwood, medullary rays and knots. These are naturally occurring features and should be expected of any solid wood product.

  • Our tables extensions enable a panel to be added and removed from a table end as required. The panel is stored separately from the table when not in use.

  • We have written an in-depth Care Guide that covers how best to care for our products. We have also curated our own range of care products so that all Konk furniture can be cared for for a lifetime.
